Cupcake Pops. Pink Ribbons. Breast Cancer Awareness & Fundraising. Sounds good to me! My dear friend Jen is working hard to raise money for Susan G. Komen For The Cure, and I’m doing what I can in the kitchen to help her out.
The Pink Ribbon Pink Velvet Cupcakes I made for her quickly sold out, so it was time to come up with something else.
Cupcake pops! Cake pops are all the rage, and cupcake pops take it one step further . Using the My Little Cupcake Mold, I put together some darling cupcake pops for my friend to use to help in her fundraising efforts. (Keep reading to find out how you can WIN your own My Little Cupcake Mold!).
The My Little Cupcake Mold makes creating these cupcake pops easier than you probably think. When I tried to create cupcake pops without a mold, I was left with frustration and chocolate blobs that didn’t resemble cupcakes, or anything else for that matter. I ordered a Cupcake Pop Mold and was blown away at how well it worked and how easy it was. If you wan tot make cupcake pops, this little mold is the way to go. Here is my step by step how to create cupcake pops using the mold.
My Little Cupcake is also working to raise funds and awareness this month with a portion of the proceeds on the sale of each mold and Pink Ribbon Sprinkles being donated to Susan G. Komen For The Cure. Check out their Pink Pops… for a cause!
To help make fundraising a bit easier (and certainly a bit cuter) Chickabug has created these adorable FREE Breast Cancer Awareness printables. There are tags, water bottle wrappers, candy bar wrappers, banners, signs – it’s got everything (44 pages of everything) and it’s free to help raise money for the cause. A big thanks to Chickabug for putting such a great resource out there for anyone to use.
Everything you need to create your own Pink Ribbon Cupcake Pops.
