Start by preheating the oven to 375°F. Grab a 9x 13 baking dish and grease it with cooking spray or butter. Set aside.

Grab a medium saucepan and bring it over a medium high heat. Add the chicken broth and butter to the saucepan. Allow that to come to a boil before adding the stuffing mix to the pot.

Stir in the mix, remove the saucepan from the heat, cover, and allow it to stand for 5 minutes. Once rested, fluff the mixture with a fork.

In a separate, large bowl, add the cream of chicken, and cream of mushroom soup. Next add the sour cream, shredded rotisserie chicken and thawed, mixed veggies.
